Masterclass Navakarana Yoga: Flexibility

About the workshop:

• Saturday- Masterclass Navakarana: Flexibility (hanumān and samakoṇa series), 11:00 a 13:00
• Sunday – Masterclass Navakarana: Detox  (pāvana sāraṅi and uṣṭra series), 11:00 a 13:00

With these two special Masterclasses you will learn about the Navakarana method through experimentation with a complete series. The teacher will guide the class with a marked rhythm and her voice is in tune with the melody of the tanpura in the background, creating a meditative atmosphere. It is about creating together, teacher and students, the unique Navakaraṇa experience.
