Icarian intensive mediogiromas

About the workshop:

In our workshops we like to break down the trick and incorporate the movements with calibrations both with exercises on the floor and in duo, so that the trick is easier.

In the first part we will focus on:
•Exercises to improve your power
•Dynamics to improve your role as spotter
•Techniques to spot being a base or flayer
•Throwing theory

Then we will move on to perform more advanced and challenging tricks depending on the time you have in practice.

When?

• 1st session: Saturday 21st of October, 10:00-14:00
• 2nd sesion: Sunday 22nd of October, 10:00-14:00

+ Sunday jam (16:00-20:00)

Who teaches?

Hello! We are Agus, Gonza and Mati and together we form the company Medio Giro Más.
We are a trio specialized in Icarians and we travel together from Argentina.

• Mati: I am 27 years old and I have been an acrobat for 12 years. I practice parkour, tricking, trampoline, Chinese mast, acro duo and other acrobatic disciplines. I started with the icarians 1 and a half years ago.
• Agus: I am 26 years old and I am passionate about movement. I started artistic gymnastics at the age of 4 and later I went to the circus branch, I do contortion, floor acro and acro duo, among other disciplines. A few years ago I got to know the world of icarians and I love them!
• Gonza: I am 28 years old and I am a lover of icarians. I started acroyoga and circus activities 8 years ago. When I discovered the icarians I focused a lot on this discipline both in the acrobatic and in the pedagogical sides.
