AKRO&MOVE INTENSIVE WEEK

AKRO & MOVE is an intensive week full of workshops, where you will have the opportunity to try new activities or deepen the ones you practice.

It is a perfect opportunity to come and try different activities. Every day we will have 3 workshops, acroyoga, yoga, Thai massage, movement flow or handstands, given by several different teachers.

We have gathered several teachers for this intensive:

• Marta & Gaizka will come from Bilbao to teach us icarian and whips
• Marta will give us also a rocket yoga workshop
• Sandra Jimenez will show us the most lunar and therapeutic side of akroyoga
• Valle Viches will be sharing hatha vinyasa, yin yoga and gentle yoga
• Aitor & Maialen will share different versions of akroyoga: for beginners, flows, dance lifts…
• Maialen will also be teaching movement flow, handstands and Thai massage workshops

When? From July 10th to 14th.

We will have 3 different workshops every day. Check the following picture to see the schedules and the different workshops and decide which one you want to come to.

How much?

• €20 one workshop per person
• 50€ three workshops per person
• 100€ unlimited workshops

*BALEA students of this year have discounts and if you still have an active fee in July, some workshops will be included. Write to us for more information!!

You don’t have to come to the workshops as a couple and you don’t necessarily need any previous experience.
