Acroyoga From Cero Module (January-April)

When? Once a week, one hour class. During the year, we will have 3 different groups:

• 30th of September to the 20th of December
• 13th of January to the 4th of April
• 5th of May to the 24th of July

How much?

• 130€ per person for the whole module

With the module, you will have access to videos with everything you learned in class to practice whenever you want. Also, during the 12 weeks, you will have the free training included to come to Balea to practice whenever you want*.

About the module:

Akroyoga 0 is an intensive workshop to help you introduce in the acroyoga practice from the very beginning. We will work on the basics and fundamentals of this practice having in mind each student. We will slowly learns the basic poses (bird, whale, chair, throne…), basic concepts like alineation, the importance of spotting, the three roles… and we will start introducing ourselves in the world of transitions and flows. At the end of the three sessions, you will be able to move from one pose to another and understand the weight shifting which will help you go further in your practice.

This module is divided in 12 classes during 12 weeks. Once we create the group and we do the first class, we won’t let anyone new to sign up. The idea of this group is for everyone to start at the same point and then go forward all together creating a space of trust and connection.

Besides, the in person intensive is complemented with the online course where you will have access to all the content we teach in class in video format to watch, re-watch and practice every time you want.

There is no need to come with a partner!
