Multilevel icarian workshop with Marta and Gaizka. In the morning we will work on the introduction to icarians and in the afternoon we will work on a multilevel icarian flow.

16:30-19:30 Icarian multilevel flow
Prices:
For Balea and Marta&Gaizka students:
- 55€ complete day
- 30€ only morning or afternoon
For the rest:
- 65€ complete day
- 35€ only morning or afternoon
Who teaches?
If there is one thing that defines Gaizka and Marta, it is that they have a VERY good time.
They met in 2016 and began practicing together without any previous experience and in an almost self-taught manner. Along the way they have built a learning system that has allowed them to advance while taking care of each other, taking small steps so that each attempt is safe. This has given them very useful tools to teach and accompany students on their path and they are currently giving regular classes at a circus school.
Today they have focused their practice on the more acrobatic and “Icarian” part of acroyoga, although what is most important for them is that from the practice they get a way of life, a way of escape and a source of values and teachings such as commitment, trust, fun, community and respect.
Acroyoga is a very powerful integrative tool in which only the present and fun matter.
