About the workshop:

• Saturday– Navakarana Masterclass: śvāna series, 11:00-13:00
• Sunday– Navakarana Masterclass: aśva series, 11:00-13:00

With these two special Masterclasses you will learn about the Navakarana method through experimentation with a complete series. The teacher will guide the class with a marked rhythm and her voice is in tune with the melody of the tanpura in the background, creating a meditative atmosphere. It is about creating together, teacher and students, the unique Navakaraṇa experience.
