HANDSTAND WORKSHOP: THE ROAD TO ONE HAND

This workshop is aimed at people who work handstands, either in class or on their own on a more or less regular basis. Throughout the morning, Ivan will guide us through different exercises to learn how to work the one-handed handstand. It’s not about getting the trick in the workshop; it’s about taking home a series of exercises that will help you work on that path so that you can one day reach the one-hand. The exercises will be adapted to the level of the attendees. Let’s turn the world upside down!

Prerequisite: Handstand work. A stable handstand is NOT required.

Akro&Move is a week-long intensive where you can delve deeper into activities you already practice or take advantage of the opportunity to try new ones. You have several options to choose from: various types of acroyoga at various levels, movement flow where we combine floor acrobatics with dance, vinyasa or rocket yoga, inversions and handstands, and a few complementary sessions such as flexibility or conditioning.

When? July 7-13. Monday through Sunday, we’ll have a wide variety of workshops.
